What audience sizes and event types does Nina work with?

Nina has spoken for audiences from 50 to 3,000+. She works with corporate conferences, nonprofit convenings, leadership retreats, association annual meetings, and university programs. The Connection Cycle tends to work particularly well for leadership cohorts and team offsites; the Story Cycle is frequently requested for fundraising teams, sales organizations, and communications professionals.

How far in advance should we book?

For keynote engagements, six to eight weeks minimum is recommended. For multi-session workshops or custom program development, three to four months allows time to properly tailor the content. Nina is based in Truckee, California (Lake Tahoe area) and travels nationally; international engagements require additional lead time.

Does Nina customize her presentations?

Yes — all engagements begin with a discovery call to understand your audience, goals, and context. For keynotes, this typically results in customized examples, language aligned to your industry or sector, and specific exercises calibrated to your audience's familiarity with the material. For workshops, Nina collaborates with the organizing team to develop application exercises that connect to real challenges your participants are facing.

What is the fee range for a keynote?

Keynote fees range from $3,000 to $10,000 depending on event type, audience size, travel requirements, and program length. Workshop and multi-session engagements are quoted separately. Contact Nina's team to discuss your specific event.

Does Nina do virtual engagements?

Yes. Nina has delivered virtual keynotes and workshops since 2020 and has developed specific facilitation approaches for distributed audiences. Virtual engagements are priced differently from in-person; contact her team for details.

What does Nina need from the host organization?

For keynotes: a clear brief on your audience and goals (provided via a pre-event call), AV setup for slides and audio, and a primary point of contact for day-of logistics. For workshops: the above plus a room setup that allows for small-group work and movement, and advance communication to participants about what to expect. Nina's team provides a full tech rider and logistics document upon booking.

Can Nina speak at events where other speakers address similar topics?

Absolutely. Nina's frameworks are proprietary but the territory — communication, leadership, culture — is shared. Her approach is practical and experiential rather than theoretical, which tends to complement rather than duplicate other content on a program.
